#NewAward: Beljan Development has awarded Stanley Construction Ltd. Design-Build Station Park project in the heart of Old Strathcona. Starting this spring, the project will come live by 2022 featuring 28 spaces for food, beverage and retail uses.

Station Park revitalizes Gateway Boulevard and breathes new life into the area with its unique architecture that fosters an impressionable sense of place. This redevelopment situated north of the CP Rail Station brings a modern twist to the historical asset that commemorates its roots and ties in today’s community along Whyte Avenue.

Repurposed shipping container units are ideal for a variety of general retail uses and the thoughtfully designed environment urges visitors to explore the park. Interactive indoor and outdoor space celebrates locals coming together. The site is located only minutes from public transportation and University of Alberta and surrounded by densely populated communities.

Stanley Construction Ltd. is collaborating with Hodgson Schilf Evans Architects Inc., Ethos Engineering, Arrow Engineering Inc. a division of Englobe Corp., Lehmann Plumbing and Heating, Larsen Engineering, Triwest Innovations, Gradex, Inc., Nichols Environmental (Canada) Ltd.
