Not gonna lie but I’d say…..albeit they’ll be a ton of naysayers that think otherwise….but geez - sitting at Gate 72 now….there is not an empty gate between 50-76 - Domestic side…..all gates are overflowing with bodies on-boarding and off boarding - dare I say we are due for an expansion?

Old side - escalator between the 1st and 2nd floor - has this thing been down for what seems like over a decade now…..

When I flew out to Van last week I noticed how packed the place was.
 
I think the challenge is $$. Look at EIA's annual reports for the last few years and they piled on the debt during and after the pandemic - like all Canadian airports did. Their plans indicate they're in an 'optimize what we have' mode for the next while.

Heck, go to YVR and you'll see a giant semi-finished parkade that hasn't had any work done to it for years.
