Originally, a Wayne Gretzky's was one of the options being contemplated there.

There was also supposed to be an Oilers store and potential second CRU along 104st at 102st.

I will see if I can dig up those floor plans.

Oktoberfest is awesome, can attest. Do yourself a favour and buy a Stein for $15. My buddies were one of the first 100 in line and got theirs free. Not sure if they do that every day though.

That dog park is decently busy. I have seen people there multiple times a day during the work week.
