Ritchie from Westrich didn’t say they were in a rush, so likely a few years until we see anything. Their Belgravia, Windsor Park and Grandin 4 projects are next up.

I'm told that the new Affordable Storage building north of Unity Square won't be completed until end of summer. Apparently construction was delayed by a shortage of steel.
