It is great to see this already dense area develop a nice cluster. I don't know why, but I've always referred to this area as 'uptown'

Ya. I was starting to experience some withdrawal symptoms. There was quite a gap between the starts we're seeing now and Encore; the last great tower. Lots of renders, just not a lot of starts.

I'll echo everyone's sentiments above; its great to finally see this one plowing ahead after sitting dormant for so long. The area around 124th and 102nd is starting to get surprisingly dense, which is great to see.
