Those projects also use way more curtainwall and minimal stucco / EIFS than the Falcons, so not sure if they will end up looking very similar.

I drove by The Falcon along 104 St this morning, looks like the podium is coming along quickly. I'll need to snap pics next time I'm walking within the vicinity.

Stucco can be affective but those that have designed our towers on 104st should retire IMO.
