You’re invited to join EPL CEO Pilar Martinez and Councillor Ben Henderson break ground on the new Capilano Branch. Join in the fun as we put shovels in the ground for the first time to mark the official ground breaking of Capilano. Food and beverages will be provided following the ceremony.
