Now this has turned out to be one fine building -- Edmonton could use more of these.

Everything about this building so far has been really great. I remember driving up northbound 109 St and seeing the effect it has while looking west and this part of Oliver looks more “urban” for me at least. It’s a really nice building! I do wish it was a bit taller but if we could get a few more of these around the city, it would be a big plus. I’m excited to see what effect “The View” which I think is nearby would have on the area!
