Yeah that would make sense with MTa's name on the application. Though the renderings on RAW's website appear to be slightly outdated. There are some differences in the wood framing and balcony expression.

I spoke to the salesperson in City Centre before it closed down. He said market conditions and steel prices due to US tariffs (was going to be a steel structure) have made the team make an executive decision to completely change plans. They are now designing a mid to highrise concrete structure all rentals.
