At first I wasn't sure how this would turn out but it's quite decent actually. We're starting to develop some nice density on the western edge of Oliver between 119-124 Street.

^^ Exactly. The continuation of the zig zag pattern across the balconies will really help break up the monotony of the identical floorplates.

An example of how buildings don't need to have crazy structures to be visually intriguing IMO.

Also, why do we have overhead wires here? Will they be removed for jasper renos in the future? Looks rough. How about some trees?

That's all up to Epcor. It's not cheap to relocate overhead lines u/g. But this doesn't really bother me as you see this all over - Toronto, Vancouver, etc.
