I was hoping for a complete redo like the building on the southwest corner of Jasper Ave. and 109 Street. The developer is playing this very conservatively. I am sure the demand for housing in the Government Precinct will fill the building -- no doubt. Could have been better -- disappointing!
 
Shoring for the new building underway, the annex of the existing building being demolished.

Guess that pedway is going to have to go.

There is a possibility now, with a residential core for more retail/hospitality at street level -- that, to me, is the most exciting potential for this development.
