The four homes have apparently been torn down as of yesterday.

Drove by on the way home today, and 3 of the 4 homes have been demolished.

All four houses are demolished. All the rubble including the foundations have been removed and the site has been leveled off. Hopefully construction starts soon.

Condo project on 103 Ave / 118 St seems to be a go. Houses were demolished a couple months ago. Today there is some sort of piledriver/drill on site working, along with an excavator still remaining on site.

The parkade on this was roofed over yesterday! Not sure how much more progress they will endeavour to make before snow falls, but it is no longer a pit, but a bunker!

This one is moving pretty quickly now. Wood framing going up, with most of the 1st floor completed, and a quarter of the 2nd floor completed.
