^Yup, it's just Hangar 11 and Hangar 14 (the Aviation Museum) left. Hangar 8, another Second World War hangar and the third last from the era, was demolished back in 2015 or so.

I'm pretty sure it's already under construction.
You can see that these houses are numbered from right to left: 2780 to 2788.
These row houses under construction next to the previously pictured homes, at the intersection of Airport Road and Blatchford Road, end with the house number 2798.
In this photo, on the far left I'm pretty sure I can make out "90 Blatchford Road"
So, I'm going to take a guess that this is the same structure as the one requested in the permit.
Here are a couple more pictures to show you what it looks like: One from along Blatchford Road, and another taken from York Road (the foundation is on the right, and the completed homes and suites/garages are on the left).

One random comment: Blatchford's logo there should have been 3 prongs instead of 5 as homage to the planes that used to fly outta there

Beautiful! That means both blocks with homes being developed have residents. It's amazing that Blatchford's taking off like this! Hopefully demand only gets better now that potential residents see people living there and enjoying it.
