Kinda weird place to put this building, but it is very nice!

Empty lot adjacent to a lot of hotels. Sure, it would be nice to be transit accessible, but it is right down the road from the HSAA headquarters, and they must have asked if they liked the location. Some unions have a distinct preference to own rather than lease as well, though I can't say what they would do in this case.

Pretty decent architecture -- looks like this union has some money to spend. Very imaginative interior spaces.
