Love the colour gradations on the niche elements! and the "European-style" balconies.

pretty decent, though i kinda wish the splashes of colour weren't just splashes

Tha splash of color looks amazing, but I like it perfectly where it is. This is the right way to do white stucco, on low/mid rises with black accents. Has a European vibe to it, really reminds me of buildings I seen in Frankfurt.
