I hadn't walked in behind for a while. Sometimes I go to the organic grocer when I need something. Will have to walk further and look at this since they say it is U/C.

I was wondering how they will have underground parking but keep the existing structure, and just noticed it already has underground parking. Very odd for such a building, but hey, good on Beljan to recognize such an amazing opportunity.
