It's nicely broken up into segments that fit together to create an interesting form -- another project with "diving board" balconies. Very well composed.

Yeah, that house was nice. It was too bad it burned down.

I saw some people around the site earlier this week, looked like could be geotechnical work.

One thing I've always liked about this area is all the (slowly disappearing) old houses still hanging around on the hillside.
