Yep and they might never sell,
Regency might as well just become a SFH Developer, Their designs Just Scream 2013,
My Ultimate dream is for Regency to just sell of all of their sites and for Westrich, Maclab, Rohit, Truman Homes and Autograph to snatch up the Ol Regency Properties

I have asked when the second building will finish construction, and they said it is projected to finish by this July, with tenants "hopefully" moving in by this September.

And then the countdown begins on when the adjacent pit gets filled with new construction. Lord please let it be a short countdown.

I would assume so as the last of the existing row houses are being boarded up as the leases expire. The entire next section is nearly ready to be demoed.
