The giant pit is sad.
So are all the boarded up townhouses just north of the pit.
Would love to see further movement.
Does Regency own all the townhouses as well as the pit?

Regency looks after its websites like it looks after its empty lots it seems.

And then the countdown begins on when the adjacent pit gets filled with new construction. Lord please let it be a short countdown.I have asked when the second building will finish construction, and they said it is projected to finish by this July, with tenants "hopefully" moving in by this September.
