The only gripe with Mikado at the Canada Permanent Building is the relative lack of parking in comparison with their current site.
How about Mikado at the old 7-11 on 109 St/102 Ave? That location would be a license to print money with the nightlife down the road and is kitty-corner from Save-On.

There is a ton of parking in and around there.

Could Zellers be coming to City Centre Mall or somewhere downtown? New stores to open in 2023.

The irony of City Center Mall making a comeback thanks to Zellers, a discount store, as a new tenant making a comeback lol

Edmonton businesses reduce staff and hours to make up for lack of office workers​


This article leads to another that states that many of our office buidlings are not suitable for conversion to residential while Calgary has an incentive program for developers to convert their office towers. Why are their's suitable and ours are not? Here's the article link.
