On SSP, one of the posters said that only 11 & 14 are DOA. The rest of these projects are either U/C or in some form of approval/design.

Ownership has changed for the parkade attached to The Hudson (7). so not sure what's happening with that. It's now owned by Redstone Group.

Perhaps they bought it to ensure parking for the CWB Tower that they bought .... a year ago or less.

The Hudson didn't take up a ton of parking, and it's severely under parked right now. But who knows.

Any idea what's happening with the State & Main space at Jasper and 101 St? I find it disheartening that such a prominent downtown intersection has a restaurant that's been closed for 2 years, an empty Starbucks space and an empty RBC space.

Unsure, but it would be nice to see it with lights on again.
