Falcon (Langham) on 104 st - submitted and Approved
The Edward -12235 - 106 Avenue - submitted and Approved
Leston James - 10125/31/39 - 114 Street - Submitted and Approved

Open Sky 102 Ave and 121 st submitted and still being reviewed
The Parks (Pangman) 108 st Jasper ave submitted and still being reviewed
Station lands- 101 st and 104 Ave - submitted and still being reviewed
Oliver Crossing - 112 street 103 avenue submitted and still being reviewed
Edgar Development (Oliver West) - 123 st 102 ave - submitted and still being reviewed

Wow! That’s a lot! That’s way more than the 1250 units that the city said had applied. Nothing about the Edm Motors site eh?

Really appreciate your post. When you list the Hudson and Block BG as no application received, does that mean there's an intent to submit ?

Wasn't the grand supposed to be for buildings with 10+ stories or something like this?

When I submitted my question to the city about which projects were successful I listed a variety of potential developments including those two and the response was that no application has been received yet.

Of those projects listed as still under review, this is what city said:
"The rest are in various states of review (from awaiting further information to reviewing final agreements). Most look positive and are due to start in the fall."
