Beaverhills House Park & Michael Phair Park Refresh

Yes, another thought would be to put some trees or bushes in front of that big blank wall. It would help a lot.

I realize the space has limitation and challenges, but whoever developed it seems to have given up or maybe their imagination is also limited.

Downtown Business Association – $300,000

Transform two downtown alleyways into community gathering spaces that will host festivals, markets and pop-up patios.

The park in and of itself is not good, but this is a significant improvement over the chips that were disgusting, often all over the place and usually half on 104st.

Happened to be digging through the archives and thought about this thread. Here is how the park looked with a lot more vegetation. Can see construction of both Icon and the Cecil-replacement. July 13, 2007.
