That would be incredible! I've been waiting for this! Are you certain it will break ground this year?

I have some great news on this one. After overturning a bump in the road with an appeal to the SDAB at the development permit stage, the building permit has just been approved!
The development is moving forward!

Lots of action on site this morning! A large number of people working. Significant progress on the foundation, lots of concrete and rebar.

Didn’t want to bother anyone at work so no photo, but will look to get further updates in the future.
