Reminds me of a condo on Spring Garden in Halifax, although I think it is more the landscaping than the building. The trees, etc look nice and make it a bit more inviting. While the building isn't that much to look at, I quite like the proposed landscaping relative to many projects that seem to be more concrete/slab finished at the ground level.
