@tele75 Nope. Funny enough, one of the Nearctic guys was at a community meeting I was at last night, but I didn't get a chance to talk to him.

@Daveography, definitely a GEC project -- same glass spandrel panels and glass balconies as west block on stony plain road and 142nd street. If one looks at that project's renderings, the image of this building will be more obvious. Excellent design in my opinion.
