Man, this one should look nice in theory? Entire thing is glazing, no?
 
@Daveography, definitely a GEC project -- same glass spandrel panels and glass balconies as west block on stony plain road and 142nd street. If one looks at that project's renderings, the image of this building will be more obvious. Excellent design in my opinion.
