The Oilers are now 7-1-0 after last night's win vs Seattle.
To be fair, maybe the opposing teams should quit playing their backup goalies against the Oilers since they are not bottom feeders anymore.

Less so that they consider us bottom feeders and more because of strategy. Seattle played the night before as well and when you have back to back games teams typically use both goalies. Seattle used their starter on the 31st against the Rangers probably because they saw the Rangers as an easier team to get two points from or because they felt their starter should get another game in. Unfortunately for them they lost both games.

We are so incredibly lucky to also have Draisaitl on this squad. He is an absolute horse. I remember hoping he'd turn into something of a Kopitar, but he's currently playing at a level beyond anything Kopitar's done.
