Looks like its real for the 137 Ave ramps. Also I wonder if 112 St was planned for a future flyover.

I believe was initially proposed when they were still discussing freeway or expressway option

Looking at the design, I like that 104 Ave will be 2 lanes each direction between 105 up until SPR where it becomes 1 lane
