They are having a lot of fun with the Jack-Hammers in P1 ...

Demolition of the existing ceiling over P1 started yesterday. They will recover it with a temporary roof when it is done. They probably need a couple of weeks to get it done as the concrete seems to be thick and full of rebars.

Digging the parkade extension ...

New access road to the loading dock starting to be built

P1 is now under contruction. Lots of work done just beside outside (directly on the slope)

I was told that they are re-enforcing the concrete columns in the parkade. The original building that was supposed to by built on the North-West side was only 8 to 10 stories ... They now started blocking off P2 and I bet half of P1 will be under construction in the next weeks or so. They...

As you can see ... they are working already. Those a pictures of P3 and P4 ... and I think they are moving to P2.

In fact, work already started on the site ... nobody (unless you work there) can see it. Half the parkage on Level 3 (probably Level 4 too) was boarded. It seems that they need to re-enforce it to put the Towers over it.
