Considering the EPS is the best-funded municipal police service in Canada, you'd think we'd see many more beat cops in and around Downtown. Where are they?

What a gorgeous building. This was fully-funded by the NDP government - to think if the UCP were around and Dental-Pharm just sat to rot, unthinkable. Thank god the funding came through to give us this gem!
