    The 3-storey mixed-use building north of Xing Wang Bakery on 98 Street is topped-out now. 108 Avenue in between the two buildings has been closed and pedestrianized and will look quite nice when soil and plants go in next spring.

    What a gorgeous building. This was fully-funded by the NDP government - to think if the UCP were around and Dental-Pharm just sat to rot, unthinkable. Thank god the funding came through to give us this gem!
