I will retract some of my prior vitriol about having to use the 49 gates to shuttle to Calgary. AC kindly used the 70 & 72 gates a couple of times last week for its Calgary shuttle, and it was gratefully accepted. There was a bitter wind outside.
I've always wondered about the upper deck to the west of Simons. I've walked along there and felt the deck quite measurably wave up and down as cars drive by.
I don't fly Westjet, so it's interesting to hear about that operation in Calgary. I appreciate the additional information. I've only flown one of those commuter connection flights on AC, and they've always ended up at a gate/bridge. I jumped to the conclusion that was standard operation...
I would not move to Edmonton unless I would be guaranteed secure, heated and protected underground parking. I can't believe how many people appear willing to sacrifice their vehicles to the hail and ice gods.

How's the offering? I can't seem to find anything about it on their website, and perhaps it's in plain sight and I'm overlooking it. There are a few pieces of information on opentable but that seems incomplete too.
WHAT ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
"Madame Premier B!tch face!" is somehow acceptable discourse? Just because one might not agree with someone does not give them the right to resort to hyperbolic sexism. Full stop. Anyone making excuses for that behaviour would be equally at fault.
God bless you, Wormwood. You're one of the very very very few on this forum that can understand that this new project is an insti-ghetto. Something you'd see in some forgotten Eastern German burg.
Something to watch out with Delta. I had a full fare business class ticket from Chicago via Minneapolis to Edmonton and was told that the Delta lounge no longer permitted access to those flying to Canada, or Mexico too if I recall. That was about four years ago. I can only wonder if that ever...
