    Commonwealth Stadium

The field should be shifted towards the north endzone. The South end can accommodate temporary stands which will bring people closer to the field (desperately needed at Commonwealth). Grey Cup Capacity should be able to be increased to around 60,000.

Because the City Centre owners are bad asset allocators.

Edmonton City Centre Mall (Renovations) | ?m | 2s | LaSalle Investment Management

The definition of suburban in Edmonton has somehow changed from Glenora, Grovenor, Beverly, Highlands, etc, to St.Albert and Terwillegar. I don't expect anyone to enjoy driving 30-40 minutes into the core for shopping. The solution to CC's problems are simple. It's not by attracting people from...

    O-day’min Park (formerly Warehouse Park)

They're downlights. The park is very well lit.

Edmonton City Centre Mall (Renovations) | ?m | 2s | LaSalle Investment Management

The lack of demand is due to the shortage of housing on the mall doorstep. Any activity besides the construction of housing on the mall property is just going to be malinvestment. Time isn't going to sort this issue out. Having 3,000+ people reliant on the mall for groceries and consumer goods...

    Commonwealth Stadium

Compared to Winnipeg and Regina, the stadium is an embarrassment. We're talking about a city with $500 million freeway interchanges. A modern, first world stadium should be an expectation.

    Rodriguez - 6 storeys - 10219-112st NW

Legalizing SES across the board would help with the unit size issue. Still, this is directly south of MacEwan, near major bus routes and a future train route to West Ed. This apartment isn't taking away viable housing for families in any way? I really think we're being silly if we complain...

The Prime Minister also condemned the assassination. I don't see the issue with either statement due to the fact that starting to kill your enemies like this inevitably leads to dead judges.

Don't we want more affordable options? Not everyone is a hoarder that needs an abundance of space. These are still bigger than many options in NYC.

Private public spaces are the future unless governments come to their senses regarding public safety.

Valley Line LRT | TransEd/Marigold | City of Edmonton

Replacing trams with busses was an idiotic decision.

    Bonnie Doon Mall Redevelopment | ?m | ?s

The market obviously prefers 8 plexes in mature neighbourhoods. Why should the city stop people from buying/renting their desired housing in central areas?

Just walking by it. You guys are going to hate me, but I think it's better than Emery Barnes Park in Vancouver. Having actually been to both. Have most of the haters of this spot laid their own eyes on it yet? The sprinklers are going right now.
