Interesting, we'll see how that turns out I guess. Before the floor slab was poured, you could see inside and it seemed like every room was separate with one window at the end. I will try to go for a tour of this building once it opens for sure.

The north building is finally at grade! I wonder what those cell-like rooms in the basement are? Each room has one window, seems unnecessary if they are for storage. Hopefully they aren't "studio apartments" 😬

I think it will just be a few stalls along the alley, which is what was there before. Seems fine to me while they ramp up for whatever's happening at this site.
