    I think it is actually, the brick building across from it is the Prince of Wales Armoury. Here is a flashy instagram they posted a while back, supposedly the same development but it's not really looking like it will be. Unless this will be the "Future community hall" building...

    Wellington Bridge Replacement

    Looks like they will replicate the railings in the new design, but no mention of maintaining the arches. I always thought the metal supports underneath were temporary and wanted to get a nice photo of it after they were removed, guess I'll never have the chance. Anyone happen to have one?

    Electric bikes are allowed on LRT from what I'm seeing on the ETS website: https://www.edmonton.ca/ets/bikes-on-ets https://www.edmonton.ca/ets/riding-ets#items If it's true you can't bring an e-bike on LRT, that would definitely affect my decision to buy one which I am thinking of doing soon.

    I see, thanks for clarifying. The terminology is confusing on the permit for 10245, it says "to construct exterior alterations" which to me sounds like modifications to an existing building. Interested to see what ends up happening here!

    I stopped by, they said phase 2 is "definitely happening" but that it would probably be 3 years or so before it starts. Rent numbers are still being worked on but they said 1800-3200 was the range for the studio - 3bdrm units. They also said there should be show suites open by November. The...
