Urban Fare was to high concept but the ones I hit in Van after they closed here were somewhat more conservative. It may have worked here if they tried that approach. I believe there is a market for that here. Not in Sherwood park.

h Oro and Pyro. And can see Pyro working. it was full. Oro was higher end dining and may not be what was needed. The concept would have done better in St Albert first.The grocery store was ok but not spectacular.
Heard this weekend that L'oco in Sherwood Park is hemorrhaging money and has slowed their expansion to St Albert. But 142 st is still going forward but without the restaurant.
That part of Town is getting quite a few. Most are more than 4 stories. One across the street has additional CRUs on the main floor. Cidex has one a 1/2 km away as well. And if you go up by the Cosco there are a lot more rentals.
So looks like Airdrie is getting the next hospital. Airdrie MLA and Minister of Infrastructure was touring a hospital with modular construction down in Boston this week.
Was at a facility I do volunteer work with. Over the past year we have seen a constant increase in people needing assistance. The facility is slightly outside the areas that are heavily used. so If we are seeing the increase the other services are probably getting slammed more.
As much as I hate seeing this. There was a lot of Mechanical in the Annex that was for the Parkade after the renovations. This appears to be the only way to update the equipment.
