So apparently tower b will have a grocery store, and start construction in January. And apparently the design might be slightly different then the most recent one.
I don't know how many stories of this will be office, but if quite a bit of the tower is office space, it would increase the height over just being a hotel, or residences.

Edmonton Journal said they will be 56 and 48 storeys. That sounds like it will fit better with the 170m height.
