Nenshi (If he becomes premier) would not be stupid enough to cancel such a revolutionary project for this province. However, if he did, it would show his priorities regarding Alberata's present/future are not in the right place. If Nenshi is the politician I believe he is, he will continue the...

    LRT Expansion Planning

I saw a video last week on the Vancouver SkyTrain expansion and it got me thinking about what a similar train line would look like for the Greater Edmonton Area. Here is my rendition of what a similar line would be. I call it the North Saskatchewan River line. It goes from downtown Fort...

    Metro Line LRT | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

    LRT Expansion Planning

That would be a dream come true for me. In it's time it was perfect. I can just imagine how much better the transit of the city would be/how much better the city would have been buit today if they kep the lines and kept adding on to them.

Edmonton and the play for post-secondary educational relevance

I am sorry that you experienced such treatment but stories such as yours are exactly why it would be great to see it happen. With more diversification, situations like that will be far less and will bring people together.

Edmonton and the play for post-secondary educational relevance

With Strathcona County having a population close to 100k, and Sherwood Park’s being at over 70k. The area should be able to support two LRT lines. One on Baseline and one on Wye Road.

    Valley Line LRT/ Valley Line West | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

Google has the stations implemented into the maps already. It seems like they're waiting for the line to open until they decide to add it on to the app.

If the Oil Industry were smart, they would want it to get built. Transferring workers from city to city would be much more efficient. Especially if separate commuter rail extensions to Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Fort McMurray were built.

    Upper Vista Towers | 108m | 33s | EverTrust

Going to the Heritage Classic on Sunday reminded me how much the area around Common Wealth Stadium is primed for High-Density skyscraper development. The arena should be surrounded by towers that are a minimum of thirty stories each.
