Oh god sorry, I didn’t even see the second sentence.. I thought the April date was closing and move in…oops. Decemberish makes more sense because there hasn’t been a whole lot of action lately.
That seems like an aggressive move in date considering their new buildings is currently just footings… and wasnt the new building supposed to be 4 or 5 floors?

Retail trends in other cities seems 100% relative to this thread. I wonder if Edmonton could ever support a holt (downtown or elsewhere). West Edmonton Mall now has a high end section that would possibly overlap big time with holts offerings? I don’t think Edmonton would be a big enough market...

Edmonton is doing very well for a city its age/size/demographic. I know everyone hates on the falcon towers because of the stucco, but this is still way ahead of the days where we were all excited that Vivacity and River Vista were being built lol
