City of Red Deer Updates

Not sure if this is old news:

The Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (RDRHC) Redevelopment Project (Project) is a $1.8-billion investment that will upgrade services throughout the hospital and add significant capacity.

There are two major components of this Project:

1. construction of a new patient tower, and renovations and upgrades throughout the existing building
2. construction of an ambulatory building (across 39th Street from the surface parkade)

I remember MacLac told me "everyone on this forum thinks your insane" - I assume the "everyone" he speaks of are the usual lefty "educated tolerant urban progressives" who hate Premier Smith, hate UCP voters, hate rural people, hate anything to do with the USA - actually hating anyone who has different views than they do. MacLac calling me "insane" was the best thing I heard all week!!

I recently had conversations with Red Deer PolyTechnic faculty and became aware of this specific campus expansion for Centre for Innovation in Manufacturing -- Technology Access Centre currently under construction and scheduled for completion next year...
