I don't have any snake oil, but I plan on retiring at my ocean front property just outside of New Sarepta. I bought it from the sales agents of the Edmontonian. He had great pictures of my place.

I'm not sure why you continue to harp on this with me.

While not physically there as much right now, the majority of my friends, current/former colleagues are in various aspects of the real estate, development, project management, architecture, engineering, planning and finance world and keep me abreast of projects such as this one.
