Sorry Dave, I was referring to the reduction from a three story podium to a two story if I remember correctly. The overall foot print remains the same.

That's something I've been wondering about as well, with all of the utillity work on it in the last couple years its in pretty rough shape.

There is a bunch of water main upgrades scheduled by Epcor that is going to take place through late October-December along 103 Avenue from 101 to 104 Street. Thats why it has not been resurfaced yet.
