Ground Floor has CRU's (daycare, convenience store, small eatery), but there is also a north facing entrance at the back there that opens into this proposed park. Currently used as a pathway to a ground floor entrance to EPCOR Tower, but has been closed for the last couple months due to a flood.

Pedway has been lifted into place. From July 17th.

One of the digesters is getting rehab'd. As @Airboy mentioned, there is constantly work happening here, but was definitely cool to see a crane go up from so close.

I'm sort of on the same boat here. Not an expert, but I have ordered a fair amount of concrete products through my work (structural and non-structural), and there seems to be something off about the "thermal expansion" reasoning they are giving. Concrete is such an engineered product. Maybe...

I agree with this for the most part. However, one of the things they seem to miss on is "free-flow" design for people moving. Especially Churchill, it doesn't necessarily feel open and inviting and with it soon becoming this Hub, it should "feel" more expansive and open with clear sight lines...
