Guessing this is more utilities/prelim work, but there’s a skid steer and backhoe moving dirt, plus smaller two excavators that have appeared.
Guessing we’ll know when they’re fully mobilizing when they fence the whole lot.

City is dragging their feet on licensing again this year--recall in 2022 they didn't provide licenses till mid May, and those licenses were good for 20 months (so up until roughly December 2023). Last year they returned right around early April and the weather hasn't been much different this...
Lol yep. I get they're 98% done and the developer wants to get photos ASAP to line up renters for spring/summer move-ins, but damn a quick trip to Home Depot and an hour or two of work would have had this unit ready for pictures. Or hell just someone with some photoshop competency 🤣
Strategic Group just went through a big restructuring a few years back after filing for creditor protection in 2019... so they're no stranger to owing lots of money.

I thought Fillmore Construction had purchased PMK for a conversion... good to hear something is happening with it regardless. Cool that it came with Sherlocks, imo one of the best spots in downtown. Love the little house surrounded by the multi floor buildings and highrise offices.
