Well better to demolish part of a parkade, rather than a historic building which seems to be the focus recently.

Hopefully this demolition will also result in a building being developed on the site, rather than an expansion of the existing surface parking lot. I suppose time will tell if this works out.
 
By the way this is going, this appears more like their next project after the View...
Let's hope it is as it would alter our south view some more.🙏
My bet is that this will be the next crane we see go up once the necessary portions of the Zebra Parkade are demolished (which should be starting this spring).

Corporate structure of one partner? I thought the UofA had bought the parkade. Strange that the demolition lists the 103 Street address not the 104th Street address. Perhaps the entire parkade address is 103 Street and Lot 70?
