Yassss we love to see some quality mid-rise! This area is truly flowering into something beautiful.

I'm kind of not sure.what to think. The white illustration is reminiscent of an institution tbh. I wouldn't mind a cascade affect on this lot since it is such a large floor plate. Add rooftop gardens at interval step ups and on precipice elevation. 9-6-3 ratio and slightly reduced overall floor plate would be more ideal for me.

121 is a pretty standard tower i think. This is more interesting mid rise. Calgary has been building a ton of these! Great to see. Hopefully really nice finishes. Good to see a few 3bdrms. Would be nice to get more in Oliver cause I think its a great family neughbourhood, but maybe the markets not quite there yet.

Also just nice to get rid of another lot haha. And on the bike lanes!

This could really be a masterpiece if they get the exterior materials done right. Mixture of grey and beige brick is my vote.

Oliver Exchange, Open Sky, Mclaren, and now this... this little pocket on 102 Ave is turning into a wonderful pedestrian-oriented hotspot.

Add in Jasper/123 and 124st north of Jasper towers and this place could be hoppin'.

Indeed it is.
