Beljan Developments hopes to restore the historical Strathcona Hotel building in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, into a new retail and office building. Built in 1891, the building is one of the oldest in Alberta, predating the formation of the province itself.

Unfortunately, the building was heavily damaged by fire on March 29, 2019, delaying the restoration plans. Beljan has committed to saving as much of the building as possible in their new rebuild and restoration efforts.
