The Hat at Five Corners by Cidex Group continues to progress toward a spring 2020 completion, as captured in photos by Forum contributor Kaizen.
The photos show balcony installation to be largely complete on the NORR Architects-designed tower, with only the penthouse level remaining.
At the ground level, cladding and glazing installation continues to cover the podium, expected to house retail space and resident amenities. Leasing details on the retail portion have yet to be released.
At the namesake "Five Corners" - where Jasper Avenue, 95 Street, and 102 Avenue meet - Cidex's signature steel Hat art piece has been installed, situated in what will become a pedestrian plaza in the heart of The Quarters Downtown district.
