We haven't dedicated a full construction update to Langham Developments' Fox Towers since November, when scaffolding was still wrapped around the bulk of the second tower. In the months that followed, most of the scaffolding has been removed, revealing an architectural expression largely in unison with the maiden 28-storey sibling tower.

The heritage-inspired podium, finished with dark tinted windows and a brick veneer, has also been introduced to the streetscape in the months since the last update. When the building is officially launched, the main floor will be outfitted with a number of diverse retailers, adding to the increasing assemblage of restaurants, cafes and shops percolating 104 Street.

The 33-storey follow-up to the original tower, distinguished by its red-painted roof accent, boasts 169 one- to three-bedroom condominiums ranging in size from 654 to 2,400 square feet. Quartz kitchen countertops, high-gloss kitchen cabinets, and outdoor patio space come standard in the KENNEDY-designed project, which has made a big impact on the skyline since the onset of vertical construction.
