This mixed-use development in Edmonton is home to MC College - a training institution located in six cities offering programs in hairstyling, esthetics and fashion. The facility will serve as MC College’s largest campus as well as its corporate offices. The vision of the Edmonton campus is a facility which allows students to live and study within one building, offering the security and convenience desirable to both students and parents.

The facility offers affordable housing specifically designed for student needs during their tenure at the College, allowing students to experience a safe, social and educational community. The campus builds on the surrounding student community and the momentum already underway with the Downtown Arena Entertainment District and the MacEwan LRT NW line.

Hey @Daveography your header says 12 storeys and yet the elevations show 22 storeys plus mechanical screen. Has there been an update to this project? I like the plan that depicts the twenty-two-th floor.
